Thanks so much for wanting to check out a little bit more about us. I am Joanna and I photograph with my husband, Johnny. We were married August of 2010 and life ever since has been fabulous.
We are wedding and portrait photographers based in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. We love film and watching movies, drinking lots of coffee (well, I sure do!) playing with our cat, hiking and going for walks, traveling the world, eating lots of different kinds of food, spending time with our family, and taking photographs of exciting, lovely people. We both love photography, I really do have an artistic heart and Johnny is more of the techie. ;)
I have always had a creative spirit. When I was in elementary school I told everyone that I wanted to be an Artist! This long interest brought me to photography, where I received a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. I am driven by people. I love people watching & observing how beautiful people are … because everyone is beautiful! I adore the love of a couple, the excitement on the bride's face walking down the isle, the groom's awe and anticipation. I am driven by all of this. I LOVE being able to photograph with my husband. Johnny has always had a love of photography, even before we met. This is something that always drew us together right from the beginning.
